Project Compassion’s Biggest Opportunities are to:

  • Establish and maintain fundraising events.
  • Work toward establishing an endowment fund.
  • Think “outside the box” on recruiting and retaining volunteers, especially younger ones.
  • Strengthen internal structure of Project Compassion by annually reviewing and evaluating policies/procedures/ data collection so that nothing is lost with changes in board members, board presidents, and staff. 
  • Pursue grants
  • Share PC story with new leadership in City and United Way
